  • The platform provides easy fill-up of the required forms with pre-populated data and explanation commentary on the input and documents requirements.
  • Complete online process with verifiable log report of input data/documents.
  • The platform also facilitates renewal of registrations/licenses with pre-populated data for faster, error free and timely actions.

How it works:
  • Subscribe to the registration type / plan and make payment of the applicable fees.
  • Fill up the required data form (guided inputs).
  • Provide and upload self-certified scan copy of the specified documents
  • Keep valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) in the name of initial shareholders / directors / partners, wherever required.
  • A practicing professional (CA/CS/Advocate) reviews the forms, documents and certify the same.
  • We will process the application for registration/incorporation of the entity within 24 hours after receipt of all the required details / documents. We will also respond to any objection raised by the concerned statutory authorities.
  • Final issue of the certificate of registration depends on the time taken by the respective statutory authorities. We will track the status and shall inform back if there is any objection raised by the concerned statutory authorities.
