Ankur Tantia is a Chartered Accountant, an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, and a Commerce graduate from University of Calcutta. With nearly two decades of experience across Big Four firms, multinational corporations, and global managed services organizations, he has built a strong reputation in finance, audit, compliance, and offshore delivery leadership.

Ankur has led large-scale delivery operations supporting US CPA firms and multinational clients across audit, finance, governance, controllership, and compliance functions. His experience spans offshore capability building, global service delivery, process transformation, risk management, SOX and SEC compliance, internal controls, and finance operations.

Prior to joining Complinova, he held senior leadership positions with Alliantgroup, Progress Software, Deloitte, Grant Thornton and KPMG. He is known for his strong commercial acumen, decisive leadership, and ability to create scalable, high-quality delivery models for global clients.

Sisuprabha is an experienced Company Secretary with 10+ years of work exposure in Compliance, Corporate Finance and Financial Intermediary Services. She has a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry, with KFin Technologies, one of the largest Registrar and Transfer Agents. She was efficiently handling corporate compliance activities, both domestic and international, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2013, SEBI RTA regulations, LODR, FEMA & other corporate laws and preparation of monthly financial and business performance presentations. She also has good expertise in handling M&A process, FDI, Downstream Investment, Buyback and Debt Issue and Listing process.

She has qualified the professional examination conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in the year 2012 and also holds a Master’s Degree focused in Finance from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Susmitha is B.Tech graduate, and plays an active role in implementation of software products for clients. She handles client queries, gathers requirements, supports testing, and provide demo calls. Her practical experience and focus on customer satisfaction ensure smooth communication, efficient issue resolution, and continuous product improvement.

Aravind is Post Graduate Diplomas in Industrial Safety Engineering and Human Resource Management and a seasoned HR and Compliance professional with over 9+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, HR operations, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) management. He has designed and implemented compliance frameworks across diverse industry, ensuring alignment with the labour laws, OSHA standards, and industry-specific safety regulations. Prior to joining Complinova, Aravind has worked with Tata Projects Ltd and Larsen & Toubro Ltd, where he played a key role in conducting statutory audits, formulating policies, delivering workforce compliance training, mitigating risks, and managing end-to-end compliance documentation.

Srikanth is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation, Litigation, Accounting, Auditing, and Regulatory Compliance. He has successfully led numerous Statutory, GST, and Tax Audits, and managed comprehensive compliance requirements for both listed and unlisted entities across various industries. His core areas of expertise include tax assessments, appeals, preparation of budget and financial MIS. Currently, he is leading the managed services team in Complinova and also oversees regulatory updates in the Compliance Management Platform.

Narender is a B.Tech graduate with experience in full-stack software development. He has been actively involved in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions across various domains, including implementing AI solutions. With a strong foundation in programming and a commitment to delivering high-quality code, Narender consistently contributes to the success of projects through his technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Prior to joining Deccan Rock Technologies, Narender worked with Jarks IT Private Limited.

Pavan is a Front-End Developer with experience in building modern and responsive web applications. He specializes in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and UI frameworks, delivering clean, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. A graduate of Adikavi Nannaya University, Rajahmundry, he is passionate about creating seamless digital experiences (UI/UX) with the use of newer technologies. Prior to joining Deccan Rock Technologies, we worked with Kush infosystem and Colourmoon Technologies.

Praveen is a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer with experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining web applications. With a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end technologies, Praveen excels in designing efficient architectures, developing APIs, and ensuring smooth integration across various platforms. At Deccan Rock Technologies, he continues to leverage his expertise and contribute to the full software development lifecycle - from gathering requirements to developing the required solution and deployment.
