Rakesh has over 30 years of professional experience in diversified sectors such as Financial Services, IT, Telecom and Oil & Gas, where he managed business development (both domestic and international), business strategy, planning and analysis, mergers & acquisitions, taxation, governance and compliance processes.

His last stint was with KFin Technologies Ltd. (KFintech), India’s largest Registrar and Share Transfer Agent as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Prior to joining KFintech, he worked with Nokia Networks, Tech Mahindra and Indian Oil Corporation.

Rakesh is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by profession and brings on board significant competencies in the area of new business development, financial modelling & investment decision, business decision support, process control, cost optimization, compliance assurance and financial risk management.

Sreenivasulu P

Sreenivasulu P is a Tech professional and driven entrepreneur with experience in electronics, communications engineering and computer science. He completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad, and went on to earn M.Tech in Computer Science from the University of Hyderabad.

With a strong technical background, Sreenivasulu has held various positions in prestigious organizations. He worked as a Technical Officer at Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), Department of Atomic Energy, Senior Developer at Information Gateways Inc., Technical Architect at Unisys in Arlington, USA and Tech Lead at ABCO Advisory Services, Chennai.

He founded Siddsoft IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2010 and also headed Infobell IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from 2016 until 2022. With a passion for technology and business development, Sreenivasulu has demonstrated his ability to lead and innovate in the industry.
